Delete your Markeen data

Markeen keeps your records on your phone. You can delete them, and any sync account, yourself at any time.

Delete records on your phone

1. Open Markeen and go to Settings → Export, import and delete.
2. Tap Delete all data on this phone and confirm.

Deleting the app also removes its data from your phone.

Delete your sync account (if you turned on sync)

1. Open Markeen and go to Settings → Account and sync.
2. Tap Delete sync account and confirm.

This permanently deletes your sign-in, your email address and your encrypted copy on our servers. It happens immediately and can’t be undone.

Can’t access the app?

Email privacy@markeen.app from the address you used to sign in, with the subject “Delete my Markeen sync account”. We’ll confirm the request by email and delete the account and all associated data within 30 days. No data is retained, except that we keep a record of the request itself for up to 12 months to show it was handled.

Email updates

To leave the email list, use the unsubscribe link in any email. It takes effect immediately.

Subscriptions

Deleting your data doesn’t cancel a subscription. Cancel it in your Apple ID or Google Play settings.
