Agreement

By using Markeen you agree to these terms. If you download Markeen from the App Store, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.

What Markeen is

Markeen is a personal organizer for recording medication schedules, doses and supplies that you enter. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment; does not recommend, calculate or verify doses; and is not a medical device.

Always follow the instructions of your prescriber, pharmacist or other licensed clinician. Do not rely on reminders as your only safeguard: notifications can be delayed or blocked by your device settings.

Eligibility and lawful use

You must be 18 or older. You are responsible for using Markeen only with medications you lawfully obtain and use.

Subscriptions

Markeen Premium is an auto-renewing subscription, billed monthly or yearly through your Apple ID or Google Play account. It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it in your store account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. Features available for free never require a subscription.

Your content

You own what you enter. You give us permission only to store and process it to provide the features you use, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Availability

We work to keep Markeen reliable but provide it “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions made using information you entered. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending use

You can stop using Markeen and delete your data at any time. We may suspend accounts used to abuse the service.
